Kindly note: a refundable R 500 breakage deposit is required upon arrival. This amount will be refunded after departure once a full inventory check has been done.
Kindly note that unfortunately no children under the age of 12 years are allowed. Isinga Luxury Apartment is strictly a non smoking accommodation.
Terms & Conditions:
Upon booking a 20% a deposit will be required, within 7 days, in order to secure the booking.
Check in time 14:00 and check out time 10:00.
The owners of Isinga Luxury Apartment retain the right to release any booking for which the require deposit has not been received within the required time frame.
The balance of the invoice will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 45 days prior to arrival, the full payment will be required within 3 days of receiving the invoice.
Payments can be made via electronic bank transfers or credit cards.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellations 46 days or more – no cancellation fees wil be charged.
Cancellations 45 – 30 days – 25% cancellation fee charged
Cancellations 29 – 21 days – 50% cancellation fee charged
Cancellations 20 - 14 days – 75% cancellation fee charged
Cancellations 13 days or less – 100% cancellation fees charged
Kindly note that any refunds that need to be processed based will be subject to an administration fee.
